How do I join SPHO of Ohio?

Simply download our membership application, and mail it along with your membership dues to the address on the form! If you've adopted a horse from New Vocations, your first year membership is FREE!  The form can be found here.

Do I have to own a Standardbred to be a member of SPHO-Ohio?

No! We welcome everyone with or without a horse to be a member. Several club members own different breeds of horses as well as Standardbreds. Several members do not even own a horse at all!

Do you have to live in Ohio to be a SPHO-Ohio member?

No! We have several members who live outside Ohio in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. We welcome members from any state!

How much is membership in SPHO?

Membership is $15 per year for individuals and $20 for a family. If you are a business or an organization, dues are $25 per year. Mark "Sponsor" on the membership application.

When do I pay dues?

Payment is due upon joining and existing members dues are paid at first of each calendar year.
